I provide workshops where the emphasis is on identifying trigger factors and busting the stress which people feel. The sessions can be tailored to all grades of staff within the organisation.
The workshops are designed to be interactive and to help people recognise their responses and behaviour, and to take responsibility for personal change. Using the feedback from the workshops:
Individuals will learn how to reduce pressures in their lives, including the workplace, family situation, and personal circumstances; gain a good work life balance; and make educated and informed choices.
